How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order by Direct Payment Gateways, Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, KOKO pay and via Mintpay. If you do use Bank Transfer as your preferred method of payment, do send a Screenshot of your receipt to @thirstyforsoulboner on Instagram or email to soulbonerclothing@gmail.com
Can I amend my order or address after purchase?
You can amend your order within 12 hours after placing your order.
I have received the wrong product/size – what shall I do?
If by any chance you have received the wrong size, please do contact us through the contact us page, @thirstyforsoulboner on Instagram, you can email us on soulbonerclothing@gmail.com and contact us on our hotline +94 77 935 8078

Most products are in stock, if not we will make sure to notify it in the product page or product images.

How should I wash my products?
All care instructions are provided on the label in the products. We have also mentioned it on our product pages. We advise you to wash before use for further safety.
How do you manufacture your products?
All Soulboner products are manufactured 100% in Sri-Lanka. Soulboner works closely with renowned factories that has appropriate certifications to manufacture high quality garments.
How do you ensure the quality of your products?
Soulboner pays immense attention to detail during our design and production processes, however the durability of the product varies in the handler’s usage and care (please read care instructions)

Delivery
How fast will I receive my order?
Soulboner is capable of delivering your package within 48 hours of purchase within Colombo and its Suburbs. Orders out of Colombo takes 2-7 business days to arrive.
Can I track my order?
You can track your order only for locations outside of the Colombo & Gampaha districts (locally) if you provide your email address during checkout, once the order is dispatched you should receive an email with the tracking link provided.
Do you work with a courier service?
Soulboner has its own delivery service in Colombo and Gampaha districts and we also use third party courier services for orders placed out of the said districts and globally.
How much do you charge for delivery?
An amount of LKR 450/= will be charged for deliveries within Colombo and its Suburbs. Delivery in other areas is priced at LKR 500/= and LKR 800/= for One Day delivery purchased before 9AM,
What if I am not at home, can I get my order another time?
You can always tell us when you want it delivered, we will notify you the date of arrival before dispatching the order via Instagram, Email, Text Message or Phone call. If you are still unable to receive the order once dispatched you will have to pay an extra sum of 200/= to receive your order.
Return Policy
Can I return my order once purchased?
Soulboner does offer returns or exchanges for orders delivered within 24 hours of delivery. Products with the hang-tag removed will not be accepted to refund or exchange. If the incorrect order or size is delivered to you, we will deliver your package for free.
